Contingency Search
Contingency recruitment typically involves working with a large number of job openings while using an extensive database of known candidates. A contingency recruiter will then look for matches on paper and send those candidates’ resumes – as many as possible – to clients for possible interviews.
At Recruiting Now, we enhance this process to include telephone interviews, in-person pre-qualifications and when applicable, will apply either a general assessment test and/or pre-reference checking, if we have any concerns about an applicant’s educational and professional qualifications.
Companies will generally use our contingency services to assist them in reducing their screening and interviewing efforts and most importantly due to the fact that there is no cost if a successful applicant is not placed in the required position.
All Consultants at Recruiting Now also possess the expertise and knowledge for understanding what resources work for what type of position.

Partner Agreement
At Recruiting Now, we are all enthusiastic about our Partner Program as it allows us to nurture a continuous and long term relationship with our clients. This type of relationship provides us with additional insight and understanding into your company’s unique culture, work environment and how to best accommodate your long term staffing needs.
This program also provides our Clients with immediate access to job placements while providing them with the flexibility to pay on a monthly basis. This could be very advantageous if there is a sudden need for several hires within a one month period. And we haven’t even mentioned the part about the “reduced fees”.

Retained Search
As Retained Search Consultants we will conduct detailed interviews with your organization’s management team, to develop a full understanding of the position to be filled and the qualifications of the executive to be recruited.
Our Consultants will assist in effectively defining positions, qualifications and potential sources of talent. We will also offer insights regarding the compensation package required to attract certain types of senior executives and will personally and extensively evaluate all candidates being considered for the position.
At Recruiting Now, all our Senior Consultants have held executive level positions ranging from IT Director, to V.P. Software development and Director of Recruitment just to name a few. Rest assured you will be in very capable hands with our Senior level Team.

Our Selection Process
Interviewing and the pre-qualification of potential applicants has become much more evolved and thorough. At Recruiting Now, we believe in executing a detailed and intensive candidate selection process for all of our job placement opportunities. With a team of senior industry professionals we continuously seek out new avenues which will assist us in improving the methods by which candidates are assessed and selected.
As part of our pre-qualification process we have created a Ranking and Scoring Methodology to determine whether an applicant has "direct" past experience in requirements of the selected Job Description or "has knowledge of", how to go about it.
All Recruiting Now, Consultants are required, when pre-screening Candidates, to use the Ranking Scores as defined in the initial stages by our Clients. The results derived from this process enables us to more effectively determine and identify which Candidates should be selected for in-person interviews.

Profile Testing
At Recruiting Now, we understand and see the importance of in-depth candidate assessments. In order to meet this growing need within the recruitment process we work with a series of sophisticated tools designed specifically for use when hiring senior executives and industry professionals.
All consultants work directly with our clients to select the best assessment option that suits the needs of the organization. All of our tools have proven to be a valuable resource when used for hiring purposes and provide additional information on the fit, skills and personality of the selected executive.
Please note all Retained Search Packages will include one Assessment Profile report for the top two short-listed candidates to assist in the final stages of the interview process. (Sample Report is available upon request.). If you wish to implement Candidate profile testing for your contingency searches we will be happy to go over the administrative costs involved to assist you in selecting the most appropriate assessment for your particular role.
